Context
Minted is a high-scale e-commerce marketplace for independent artists. The checkout experience had years of technical debt — multiple payment integrations, complex customization flows, and a cart system leaking conversions at every step.
Challenge
Checkout completion was below industry benchmarks. Customization options created dozens of possible paths through checkout, making it hard to isolate friction. We needed to improve conversion without breaking the experience that made Minted unique.

Led Apple Pay integration end-to-end, from product definition through launch
