Led a 17-person team to build a production-ready NCAA/NIL platform from zero — demos, pitches, and institutional adoption in under a year.
Context
The NCAA NIL space exploded after 2021 but schools and athletes had no real tools to manage deals, track compliance, or connect with brands. Everything was spreadsheets or bloated enterprise software nobody used.
Challenge
Three distinct user groups — athletic departments, student-athletes, and brands — all needed different things from the same platform. It had to be simple enough for a 19-year-old and robust enough for a compliance officer. And we had to move fast before the market consolidated.
