Context
99minutos is a last-mile delivery company in Latin America. When we joined, systems were hitting their limits — manual route planning, warehouse bottlenecks, and driver assignment that relied on spreadsheets.
Challenge
Scaling from 3,000 to 15,000 daily shipments meant every manual process had to be automated or it would break. Route optimization was the biggest bottleneck — drivers on inefficient routes, warehouse team sorting without system guidance.

Led product development across logistics, fulfillment, and partner platforms
Owned roadmap across routing, dispatch, WMS, and operational infrastructure
Defined workflows, requirements, and system-level product decisions
Managed backlog and delivery across multiple engineering teams
